Voltage on Hx pins must be higher then on Lx pins!
How level shifter works?
This level shifter is based on BSS138 MOSFETs. There is a great article on this type of level shifters here.
If you don't need bidirectional level shifter I have unidirectional level shifter also. Unidirectional level shifter will generate nicer signal shape at high frequency.
